Darby Colpatria Exits its Investment in Intertug

WASHINGTON, DC and BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA, December 20, 2022 – Darby Colpatria Capital S.A.S. (“Darby Colpatria”), a joint venture between Darby International Capital LLC (“Darby International”) and Mercantil Colpatria (“Colpatria”), completed the exit of its investment in Intertug (“Intertug” or “the Company”), a regional tug boat company with operations in Colombia, Brazil, Mexico and Central America, on December 23rd, 2022.

The exit of Intertug marks the end for the Fondo de Infraestructura de Transporte en Colombia Darby-Colpatria (“FINTRA”). FINTRA has now exited from all its portfolio investments and became fully realized resulting in attractive returns for investors.
